Works great and very stable, can expand the can size if needed. Feels good and easy to use. Actual wood and seals well!
I haven't had any dealings with customer service but the shipping was exceptional and arrived in good condition as far as shipping but I have bought things the Amish have built but this was a big disappointment to me the drawer has no runners or tracks and I put wax and that helped a little but I just won't use the drawer. The finish is like they put maybe one coat on it and it looks completely not finished and is rough not a smooth coat. I will keep it and put a finish on it to make it look more completed. I have other rustic furniture and none of the pieces look like of feel like this . I would not recommend this to anyone.
I understand that it was disclosed in the listing, but we are wondering why they would make a drawer that is utterly useless? That was the only disappointing part.
For the money paid for this item the quality is lacking. I have several Amish made pieces of furniture that are built solid. This item wobbles and the drawer sticks and does not pull out properly. I expected better being Amish made. Also $79 for shipping and $20 tax I paid $100 extra. $317.79 for an item that is advertised as $218.
