- Option for 3.5” x 3.5” post mount (You will need a 4x4 treated wood post if you choose the option to add 3.5" x 3.5" post mount)

- The paint is not smooth. It is rustic, distressed, and not even by design.
- You will need at least a 6' post if you are not using the planter.
- If using a planter, you will need a 4’ post or a 6’ post.

Birdhouse is well built and looks like as it was described. Seller was awesome to work with and promptly answered all my questions.
Very helpful and responsive customer service. We purchased the beautiful light green (purple martin) nest box with 6 nest holes. Just as shown in the photo. This bird house looks very well made and has a smart design as it will clean easily, unlike the majority with locked-on-roofs. It is heavy and sturdy. We have not put it up yet, though we did spray it with a protective water seal to hopefully help it survive the elements. The shipping is high (thus the 3 stars), due to the weight. However, it was packed with the upmost of care. Really excited to set it up.
