Item not delivered. The address that Etsy used to say my item was delivered is correct as [****] but the Etsy representative , Mobi, called to say it was returned because I gave them the wrong address for delivery. He then tried to charge me again for delivery to ship it back.
How can Etsy email me the correct address and yet say I gave them the wrong address?
Unless the item is shipped back to me at no further charge ,, I will never do business with Etsy again! I do not have the item I paid for.

I am very happy with the item I received. I immediately attached it to my bird feeder and it fit perfectly and it looks great!!
I purchased this item along with the shorter poly version (which I returned), so that I could compare size and material. The surface finish was not as smooth as I would have wanted and the base dimension was smaller than described, but after a little sanding and paint it looked great. Sellers were very nice and quick to answer my questions, and they shipped promptly. I'd purchase from them again!
