Honestly, for the price, I don't agree. Was Customer Service great? Yes. However, the tilt-out door hinges were installed crooked so it sticks. Shame for the price!... And there's paint scuff marks and ding marks on it. Would I pay $275 yes, however I paid over $400 and I'm kind of sick about it.
The dust on the inside is reminiscent of sitting around a warehouse for a long time, not freshly crafted sawdust. I can confirm that the knobs and top were stained recently, but the units are mass as assembled. Fine. Your business. Your plans. I'm just really disappointed that the tilt out is so crooked that I have to now fix it for that kind of money, I shouldn't have to maintain a brand new product. I can't recommend it for the price point. Sorry but no. At $400, it should absolutely be plum
This is great and well made. That said there were three dents in the top that I decided to live with because it is just too big to return. I believe the packing was too tight and the top was dented in the process.
