The first delivery was apparently damaged in shipping, but they promptly sent a replacement and gave us prepaid return shipping. The item itself is high quality and exactly what we expected from the pictures and description.
Beautiful, Beautiful, Big and Beautiful. The Seller was very responsive, I left a voice mail and they called me right up. Would highly recommend, Craftsmanship is Top Tier.
Dispite a major shipping error, the Amish Home Outdoor team took the initiative and went to extreme measures to see that my order made it to me, in time for a surprise birthday gift deadline. Before finding Toshi and Beth's Amish Home Outdoor products on the Etsy website, I had no idea of the wonderful products that [owners] Toshi and Beth of the Amish Home Outdoor Co. present to the world of unique products and in many cases, beautiful gifts for home, garden and personal gifts for friends and family. WHAT A WONDERFUL COMPANY to offer such things to the world ! ! ! Many, many thanks to Toshi and Beth for their hard work and dedication to their customers. I for one, will shop their store for as long as they offer all the talented Amish people's products and their devotion to their customers continues. Keep up the great work
